Winner winner – Sir Busker wins very well at Goodwood.
The William Knight-trained Sir Busker has really got his season going with an easy 3 length win at Goodwood under Oisin Murphy. Held up in a first time visor he had a rather troubled passage but was flying at the end to win very comfortably. There should be more to come from this gelded son of Sir Prancealot who is now a dual winner having won a Newbury maiden as a two-year-old.
Well done to his owners.

The Andrew Balding-trained Flashcard ran another solid race in a decent handicap at HQ. Under Rob Hornby he finished 5th in a 7f handicap beaten 3 1/4 lengths. The ground was probably a bit quick and we look forward to seeing him out with a bit of cut in the ground. His day will come and he will provide plenty of fun for his owners this year.
