Spanish Kiss wins (deadheat!) at Newcastle

The William Knight-trained Spanish Kiss has just dead heated at Newcastle under Callum Shepherd. On his first try at two miles he raced just behind the leaders. However his eventual co-winner stole a few lengths with around 3 furlongs to go and Spanish had to put in a big effort to get to him. The result was a dead heat with Spanish ahead just before and just after the line. A cracking run. More to follow…
