Spanish Kiss a good fourth at Chelmsford

 In News

The William Knight-trained Spanish Kiss was a good fourth on just his second career start at Chelmsford on Friday evening. Drawn 10 of 13 runners he was able to get into a prominent position, albeit running a little free. However he soon settled and ran through the line, to be beaten just a length and a half, having pulled clear of the rest. It was a great run from this son of Lope De Vega who should be much better next year. We will put him away now and look forward to next season.
