Sir Busker bidding for first Group success

The William Knight-trained Sir Busker heads to Salisbury this afternoon taking his chance in the Group 3 D & N Construction Sovereign Stakes. He is the top-rated in the field of 10 runners and will break from stall 9. Callum Shepherd takes the ride in the 1 mile contest and Sir B is looking for a first win since his famous Royal Ascot win last term, despite some super placed efforts in Group 1 and 2’s in between. The ground was beautiful yesterday and will likely be genuine good by the time of his race at 4.05pm.
