Sir Busker 4th in the Group 1 Jebel Hetta at Meydan

Sir Busker put in a far improved performance in Dubai to get in the frame in yet another Group 1. Refitted with visor’s and with Jim Crowley riding for the first time he was a little keen in the early stages as the set a slow tempo down the back straight. But having turned for him he finished strongly and had his run not been checked for a vital second or so, who knows how much closer he would have been. He has been a star for KVT and we now wait with bated breath to see if his working holiday in the Dubai sunshine can be extended to have a crack at the Big One – The Dubai Turf on World Cup night. It will be touch and go if he makes the final cut…..
