Fast Forward wins at Windsor
The Alan King-trained Fast Forward got his head in front where it counts in a much improved effort at Windsor this afternoon. The gelded son of Recorder had been second on his final start as a two-year-old but failed to fire on his seasonal reappearance. However today he showed plenty of grit and determination to get the job done under a great ride from Martin Harley. The plan has always been to go juvenile hurdling with him, but we may try and win again on the flat first.
A really exciting win today and huge congratulations to his patient owners as this horse was always going to be a work in progress.
