Another second as Persian Moon finds one too good in the Listed Glasgow Stakes
Persian Moon was turned out quickly after his Ascot run at Hamilton last night where he was second in the Listed Glasgow Stakes. Under PJ McDonald he was beaten 3 lengths in the 1m 3f contest but was 4 lengths clear of the third. It was a decent run on the softest conditions he has had for a while and the clever ride of the winning jockey made some difference. However he picked up just shy of £9,500 and his career earnings now stand out over £70,000 plus a £25,000 bonus – but we would love for him to get his head in front this season!
