Kennet Valley Thoroughbreds

Would you like the dream of owning a racehorse to become a reality?
KVT are a boutique management service putting together like-minded people in small ownership groups of the finest of equine bloodstock.

KVT manage single horse, flat racing partnerships with 16 shares at an initial cost of between £6,450 to £9,400 per share.

The 2019 season will see around 12 KVT Horses-In-Training, five of whom will be two-year-olds and we will have our best ever squad of three-year-olds racing for us, including Persian Moon and Flashcard.

We have tasted success in Group 2, Group 3 and Listed company and been placed in Group 1 races. We have also won some of the biggest handicaps, most recently the Stewards’ Cup at Glorious Goodwood.

Partners acquire a share in each horse and are thus the owners of it. KVT manages the horses and the partnerships on their behalf. Annual accounts are prepared and sent to each partner. The aim is to have fun and to socialise with other like-minded people at an affordable cost; this is not an investment. Some horses are sold at two and most by the end of their three-year-old season so that commitments are not open-ended.
